Makita powers the Eden Project

To really sing the praises of Makita’s cordless range, we arranged and attended a two-day video shoot at the Eden Project to capture footage for a total of five videos - including a case study video and a series of four ‘groundskeeper profiles’.

For the case study video, we interviewed a number of key spokespeople from the Eden Project and Makita to find out why Makita was chosen to supply its cordless machines, what the products are being used for and the benefits they bring. Combined, these interviews paint a picture of how easy and safe the Makita products are to operate and how they have helped to improve the efficiency of the Eden Project grounds maintenance team.

Across the two days, we also obtained footage for four ‘groundskeeper profiles’. For each video, Makita selected one product to highlight - and we interviewed a groundskeeper that regularly uses the machine to find out what they like about it and how it has aided them in their role. To put the benefits into practice, we also filmed each person at work.

We have been able to produce content that Makita can use to not only promote its partnership with the Eden Project – but also demonstrate the benefits of its machines.
