Working closely in partnership with Frazer’s marketing team, we developed a creative campaign to support a promotional spend incentive targeting existing customers.

Initially piloted at its Loughborough branch, our pizza box themed direct mail was designed to communicate the positive changes being made at the newly renovated branch, while letting customers know that if they spent £3,000 on any products over a 6-week period, they’d receive a Pizza Express voucher and the chance to win a luxury Ooni pizza oven.

The pizza box theme perfectly encapsulated a business that continues to deliver on its promises while underscoring the all-important local delivery message.

The success of the pilot has been such that the campaign is now due to be rolled out across all of its branches.
